Recently, the ARDS Language team helped launch this great new website GAKAL: https://www.firstlanguages.org.au/.../gakal-skills-register

Thanks to First Languages Australia for asking us to name the website. You can find out a bit about what “gakal” means on the website. Gawura, Bulkanhawuy and Dikuḻ spoke more about this very meaningful and special word at the website’s launch on February 10.

We are looking forward to sharing more language and stories with everyone!
